Nashville Cats

My sister Tara and her 4 kids drove up from Tennessee for a quick visit.
It was a party!  We loved it.

At any given moment in time, about 7 different things were occurring.  Tara has become an expert multitasker, and she taught me a few tricks while she was here.

The visit included a trip to the Domes

The specialty dome had a train exhibit this time, which was a huge hit with the kids.

We downed an entire batch of homemade ice cream in one sitting
(mint chocolate chip).

I don't know how much longer we can get away with these!

We went to Discovery Zone-- here's Quin flying an airplane simulator

We got our own personalized 3D show of the solar system

Here's AJ on the human hamster wheel

  We hit the aquarium

Candy Land, always a classic.

After these guys drove away on Wednesday, I suddenly noticed how quiet our house was.  The floorboards creaked, the dishwasher hummed, the crickets chirped...  It was so empty!  Tara & Co sure added a lot of zip and pep to our lives for the few days they visited.   Benson and Cole think their cousins are so cool.  We can't wait for next time!

It looks like you were a great hostess with lots of fun, educational activities and delicious homemade ice cream. We wish we could have been there for all of the fun.
